How do you think, does the best writer really exist? Can there be a person who writes best of all, at all? As for me, I consider the best writer to be a myth.
Even if the best writer existed, how could you get to know that he or she is really the best? Can you compare impartially the works of all the writers all around the world? They write in different languages and live in different cultures. They have another way of thinking. And even if you were able to choose a person whom you consider to be the best writer, I am absolutely sure that a lot of people will make an objection against it.
The best writer cannot exist. There can exist the best work or the best paper, but not the best writer. Maybe it seems to be like a paradox, but I can confirm this statement.
A writing can be evaluated adequately because there exist evaluation schemes which allow to compare the papers prepared by different people. And as for he best writer, you cannot compare people in such a way. They are not as stative as writings. They can work better one day and worse another day. Their work can depend on their mood. So, the best writer may become the worst writer next day. Therefore I advise you stop looking for the best writer since it is a myth. Turn to a regular one, and you will be satisfied with the provided help.
