Of course, it is hard to imagine that the best writer cannot do something. Still, we should not forget that the best writer is a human like all the other people. He/she can make mistakes, or have something that he/she is not aware of.
However, I would like to talk about some professional things that the best writer cannot do. This is my list of those things:
As for me, the best writer cannot write in short time. I think you will agree that any worthy piece of writing requires sufficient amount of time. The best writer will need even more time to write his best work. As far as I know, good writers create their works only when they are inspired. In that case they can write something really quickly. However, inspiration is always a question of time, and sometimes it takes really long to find a muse.
The best writer cannot write trash. This actually is clear from the very status - THE BEST WRITER. If you are the best, everything you do should also be the best.
You have to forget about potboiler and your careless work. You cannot just write down any thought that comes to your mind. Every your thought should have the proper shape.
The best writer cannot write the work from the very first time. Perhaps you have seen it in the movies. A writer is sitting in the poor-light room and is working on his masterpiece. Then he reads it and rejects it. Tears off one piece of paper and starts another. It means you will restart your work several times till something that you really like will appear.
So, if you want to become the best writer one day, you will also not be able to do these things.
